As I said before the product was good quality and I was very satisfied with the purchase. And when I contacted them about the shortage the company immediately reached out to me to compensated us for missing some of the tags . The fact they did this shows they did care . I’m still disappointed the number of tags didn’t match the number of glasses and I should have checked and counted immediately when they arrived maybe they could have sent more but I waited until right before the event. The product is very nice but My advice check and Count immediately.
The product was just as I had expected . And the quality of the glass is great BUT…I did not get the right amount of tags to match the number of glasses . So I was shorted. A whole sheet 4 tags ,and unfortunately it was too close to the rehearsal dinner to do anything about it ? They really need to count and double check every item .

Great product. Two were damaged. However, the company was very responsive and immediately sent two replacements.
We were absolutely pleased with how the shot glasses turned out. Very heavy glass, not cheap looking. Customer service was excellent. When I realized I needed about 15 more they were happy to give me the lower price.
